Who is responsible for your information?

When you send a booking enquiry, you may provide your name, email address, optional phone number, event date, venue/location and details of your event or preferred songs.

How the information is used

I'll use it only to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, organise bookings and maintain necessary business correspondence and records. The usual legal basis is taking steps before entering a contract or performing a contract; certain records may be retained where legally required.

Form processing

Booking forms use the external service FormSubmit.co to deliver submissions to my business email and send a confirmation to the person enquiring. Your information is processed by this provider and email systems. Please don't send sensitive personal information in the form.

Storage, retention and sharing

Messages are retained for as long as reasonably needed to handle the booking, associated correspondence and applicable business recordkeeping. I don't sell your details or add enquirers to marketing lists. Information may be processed by the providers needed to run the website, form and email service.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete personal information, object to certain uses, or raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Contact me via the email above first if you'd like to make a request.

Analytics and cookies

The current website does not add third-party marketing or advertising trackers. Cloudflare or other infrastructure providers may process technical data required to operate and secure the site. This notice should be reviewed if analytics or additional services are added.
